Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earphones promptly, but they also ensured that all my needs were met efficiently. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, allowing me to attend my meetings looking immaculate. the attention to detail in providing top-notch amenities like a well-stocked mini-bar and electric kettle truly set this hotel apart. the presence of a sitting area in the room and a terrace with stunning views added a touch of luxury to my experience, making it truly unforgettable. the staff's dedication to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay, combined with the convenience of having dining options within walking distance, further solidified this as the best hotel I have experienced in Istanbul.
